Union Email - Outlook Web Access
NOTE: The way you log on to Outlook Web Access has changed.
Please review the instructions below.
This facility allows people with Students' Union email accounts (club / society exec, Union Council, staff) to check their email.
University IT Services email (Squirrelmail) can be accessed at the Warwick Web Mail site.
Society execs can email all members of your society in the Message Centre (must be logged in).
Sports club execs can do the same on the Warwick Sport website.
Instructions and more information
Step 1
Click the Union Email button above. This will open Outlook Web Access in a new window. To safeguard your information, Outlook Web Access is secured with an SSL certificate.
Step 2
In the new window you'll see the logon form (like the picture below). Enter your Students' Union network username and password. Note: You no longer have to prefix your username with 'SUNION\'.
Providing your credentials are correct, OWA will open.
Note for non-Internet Explorer users - You may have to use the 'Basic' client option, which means that some features will not be available.
