Entertainments Development Manager

As one of the largest Students' Union's in the country, we have 16,000 students, 1500 capacity venue, 3 night clubs & we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly talented, results driven individual who will already be an experienced booker and have strong relationships with agents, artists and external authorities. You must be a commercial operator with strong financial awareness and an ability to motivate and inspire a staff team.

Salary:

Starting from £27,319 plus excellent holidays and benefits. This is a Fixed Term 12 month contract, subject to a 6 months probation with a review after 3 months

Hours:

A minimum of 36.5 hours per week. More hours will be worked during the 3 ten week undergraduate terms, and less during vacation. Flexibility of working hours is required to meet the requirements of the post. This does include evenings and weekends.

Interview:

The assessment process will be held on a day to be confirmed during the week commencing Monday 22nd March.
