Food and Drink at UWSU

University of Warwick Students' Union provides a wide range of food and drink options from a full breakfast in Xanana's from 9am to a late night kebab from Battered, and everything in between!  Whether it's breakfast, elevensies, lunch, dinner, quick snack or late night munchies, we've got the perfect solution for you.

On site we have nine separate bars and six separate food outlets in which all money spent goes directly back into providing Union services.

Please note the SU DOES NOT accept the eating at Warwick Card. 

Catering Services

We offer full catering and bars services from providing sandwiches for society and University events to operating and running the bar during the 70,000 capacity Godiva Festival.

Union Food Outlets

	The premier bistro-style restaurant serves an imaginative menu of freshly prepared meals, light bites and an array of delicious desserts. Choose from an impressive selection of fine wines, premium international beers and fresh coffees to go with your meal. Whether you are after a light lunch or a Sunday carvery with all the trimmings then Cafe Xanana is for you.
	If you enjoy kicking back with a quality cup of coffee in relaxed, comfortable surroundings then you're going to love Rococo. Our stylish coffee lounge serves a superb selection of fresh continental pastries, paninis, cakes and delicious light bites. Open 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
	A traditional Fish and Chip shop right at the heart of campus. Battered serves all your chip shop favourites including kebabs and pizzas, till the early hours, seven days a week. Eat in or take away with cheap meal deals available. Open 5pm til late, 7 days a week
	Want a great value healthy lunch? Head straight for South Central for a meal deal. Freshly baked organic baguettes with your choice of filling, as well as pizza slices, baked potatoes and hot snacks all ready to grab and go. Open 11am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
	Fuel for the body and the mind...Our very own smoothie bar sells freshly squeezed juices and smoothies available with additional nutritional boosts, and a wide selection of healthy and filling lunch options including wraps, salads and hearty soups. Open 11am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Union Bars

	Cholo is the main student bar where there is always something happening...Pool tables, bar machines and big screen sport. Cholo is the most sociable place to meet on campus and the best place to eat a panini, sandwich, pizza slice or juice from one of our other outlets.
	The Graduate Bar is the only genuine pub on Campus serving traditional cask ales and cider, international bottled beers, malt whiskies, speciality vodkas as well as fresh coffees.This is the place to go for an entire evening out with friends or to meet up for a few drinks before you drop downstairs for a big night out in the Union.
	The Cooler is used both as a second music room for the main events that take place in the Students Union, and also as a venue for the more intimate events.  -  With a capacity of 850, most of the events with specific music genres take place here.
	The Marketplace is situated on the ground floor of the Students Union. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 through to 16:00, the Marketplace has a variety of stalls selling everything from food to books to clothes.  -  In the evenings, the Marketplace will play host to all the main events that take place in the Students Union and is serviced by Grumpys Johns bar and a separate bottle and shots bar.
