Most supermarkets offer online shopping and delivery services. Remember to plan ahead when you'll need your next shop, and book a slot in good time. You can save on delivery costs by combining your shopping as a household.

Coventry and Warwickshire have networks of community support services and mutual aid groups, which can assist with a range of practical tasks including shopping and access to food.
If you're struggling to afford food, the SU Advice Centre and Wellbeing Support Services can help you to access a local foodbank. In Coventry you can also call 08085 834 333 for an urgent referral to a foodbank.
Social supermarkets (or 'grub hubs') also offer heavily discounted food, and you don't require a foodbank voucher to access them. If you're in Coventry, find your nearest food hub here.

The SU's Advice Centre is a free, confidential, impartial and non-judgemental service. They provide advice, information, guidance and representation.
The University's Wellbeing Support Services offer practical advice and emotional support for your wellbeing, and help accessing other services. WSS also organise wellbeing masterclasses have an online library of self-help resources.
The university chaplains are also available to support you, regardless of faith background or tradition (or complete lack thereof).

Student Space is a new student service making it easier to find the support you need during the coronavirus pandemic. It includes information and support by phone, webchat, text message and email.
As a Warwick student you have free access to TogetherAll, an online community supporting your mental health. Trained professionals are available 24/7 to keep the community safe.
The SU's Are You OK? portal includes tips for when you're feeling lonely or isolated, a weekly chill-out lounge, and guidance for recognising and talking about poor mental health.

If you're concerned someone may be experiencing thoughts of suicide, our Stop Suicide portal can help. PAPYRUS' helpline offers support to those experiencing thoughts of suicide, and those supporting them.

The University operates a campus-based Test and Trace service. If you think you may have COVID-19 symptoms, you should book a test.
- If you are able to travel to the campus testing facility without using public transport, taxis, or private hire cars, you should book an appointment with Warwick's Test and Trace service. - If you are not able to travel to the campus testing facliity, you should book a test via testing facility near you, or order a postal test. - If you are tested off-campus and receive a positive test result, you should inform the University immediately.
All asymptomatic staff and students living, studying, or working regularly on campus are encouraged to book two lateral flow tests per week. Twice weekly testing helps break chains of Coronavirus transmission by identifying asymptomatic infestions.
The University's coronavirus safety portal explains steps you can take to stay safer during the coronavirus pandemic, including your responsibilities on and off campus. This includes wearing a face covering on campus, unless you are exempt, frequent hand-washing and good hygiene practices, and maintaining social distancing.

If you are the victim of a hate crime or hate incident, the SU Advice Centre is a third party hate crime reporting centre, and can support you in reporting the incident and accessing support. Alternatively, you can report it online via TrueVision or via the University's Report & Support service.
You can report sexual violence, hate crime/incidents, bullying and discrimination via the University's Report & Support service. You can choose to report anonymously, or request to speak with an adviser.

If you have access to a car, you can take any surplus waste to Coventry Reuse and Recycling Centre (the tip) or the Princes Drive Recycling Centre (the tip) in Leamington. You must book a slot in advance.
Book a bulky waste collection from Coventry City Council or Warwick District Council for any large items you need to dispose of like furniture or fridge/freezers.
