When and where?

The ball will be held on Friday 2nd May 2024 (Term 3, Week 2), which is outside of the main exam period. We expect the ball to begin at around 6pm and end at midnight, we will confirm exact timings closer to the date.

This year we'll be at the House and Orangery, in Leamington Spa (Google Maps).

What?

This year's theme is Casino! The dress code is formal, please stick to this.

Our ball includes:

• A three-course seated meal with vegan options (Set menu to be confirmed)*
• Entertainment
• Photographer throughout the night

Tickets available from 28th February 2025 @ 12pm!

Tickets for members are £40 (our membership is free if you have paid the Societies Federation fee) or £50 for non members!

Only 100 tickets available!!

* a form will be going out after tickets are sold to confirm meal choices and seating preferences.
