We have a large 6 bedroom top floor flat in Station House, which is a brand new block of student accomodation in Leamington. We currently have 2 guys - dutch/german and 3 girls so you. The accomodation is a great compromise between a house and halls, it will allow you to meet new people as well as joining our flat! 

All of the rooms are double rooms, with a large desk and  furnished with ensuite. We have our own kitchen etc with washer/dryer and a dishwasher and a large lounge, we also have a great flat in terms of location in the block, on the end, top floor etc (less noise) but we do have LIFTS so no walking up stairs. The whole building is to be completed for September so it will all be brand new.

It is located near to all shops/take aways/nightclubs/pubs etc and only a short bus journey to campus (can get a bus pass too to make it cheaper). The rent is £400 per month, plus bills! We are all very friendly and would love to have you join our flat!

Any international students that would neep any help/advice or  organising jobs over here etc we would be glad to help, since we move in on September 1st so could help you get a job for when you arrive.  We shoud be able to provide photographs in the next 2 weeks as our estate agent will be visiting the property and taking photos for basic size guide etc.
