I have a single room in a shared house available on 48 Queen Margarets Road, Canley, Coventry, CV4 8FW for £350 (without bills). Bills will be around £60-65. The initial deposit is £400. The room is 10 mins from the University of Warwick and Cannon Park Shopping Centre. It is 20 mins from Coventry City Centre.
The room can be rented for short term (1-3 months) or long term starting from 12th June 2024. If you want to rent for the long term then the rent can be possibly reduced to £200-300 from 22nd September onwards.
There is a health centre, park, library at 2 mins walking distance from the room. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. This room is downstairs. Among the other housemates one is doing a PhD and other has a job. There is one bathroom but as the other two have their own routines you'd not find an incident where there is a wait or the washroom is occupied. The neighbourhood is quite quiet. This room also has WiFi within the room so the internet connectivity is really good. Apart from that it's next to the kitchen, washing and drying machine as well.
