Amazing location - 1 min from Parish Church bus stop on the bottom of Parade - 8 priory Terrace - (means will always get the bus) and parade for all shops and restaurants etc.

Down the road directly from Vially's, Assembly, Old Lib, Neon. 

Large Kitchen and living room and garden, spacious rooms as well and no decisions on rooms are being made until a full group and the lease is sorted so you aren't getting final draws 

Cleaner every 2 weeks included in rent, bills are only an added 20 a week which is lower than cheaper leases with 30-50 on some added bill requirements that make them more expensive for a worse property

11 month contract!! - most houses in Leam are 12 months, so will end up paying less in the long run, think of the weekly pay as a normal 12 month and it is 848 per month - plus we only are at warwick for 10 months of the year at a push
