I’m leaving my flat in March because I’m graduating and want to do Term 3 from home like I have done the last two years, only my contract runs to September 1st. I would love to have someone take over my contract for the rest of it if interested - this would be as early as March 15th to September 1st (and I would pay the rent for March, of course). I live with a great flatmate who you’d be staying with, it’s a truly lovely and spacious 2 Bed 2 Bath on Regent Court. My rent is 650 but I would be willing to subsidise up to 200 for someone to take over this flat, and you would pay 450, which is a great deal.
