Pop along for a chill session headed by Arthur where all you need to do is ensure your wearing comfortable sports clothing , have a water bottle to hand and bring a yoga mat (optional).

What is Pilates?

- People do Pilates for its health benefits.
- It highlights precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement, enhancing muscle tone and stability.

Where is the event happening?
- Join us in Studio 1 over at the Sports and Wellness Hub for a relaxed pilates session ran by Arthur (one of our wonderful Charities and Events Officers).
When is the event?
- You can come and get involved 14.00 - 15.00 on Friday 22nd November 2024.
Do I need to have experience to get involved?
- You don't need to have and experience to get involved.
- We want a fun sessions for all to enjoy and feel welcome at.
What do I NEED to bring?
- Wear some comfortable sports clothing
- A water bottle
Is there anything else I can bring? (optional items)
- A yoga mat, if you don't have one, these can be provided
- A pair of grippy socks, especially if you don't want to go barefoot
