With just a few days left until Sports Ball, we've put together our most frequently asked questions to ensure you have an amazing time!
Where do I collect my tickets?
This year, physical wristbands will be ready to collect from 10.30am until 6pm on the day of Sports Ball in the SU Atrium (In front of the entrance to Copper Rooms 1 Doors, opposite Curiositea). Please remember to bring your student ID with you as access to both transport and the venue is by wristband only.
How will I get there?
Coaches will be departing from campus at 5:30pm from the Coach Park next to Bluebell Residences.
What can I expect at Sports Ball?
This year, we are going back to our favourite venue, the Hilton Metropole at the NEC! You will be treated to a fantastic 2 course meal as per your choice, complementary wine on the table, alongside with fantastic entertainment, DJ, photographer and - of course - the Sports Awards - the pinnacle celebration of the years' sporting achievements!
How will I get back?
The first coach will leave the Hilton Metropole from 11pm (or when full). Coaches will then run throughout the evening until the end of the event. All return coaches will drop-off at campus and Leamington Spa (Town Centre).
