Want To Take Your Society and Sports Club Membership Further? Become An Exec Member!

To give you an indication of what’s involved in being an Exec Member of a Society or Club, you can access role summaries for the positions. If one of them interests you, consider putting yourself forward by following the instructions outlined in the job summary.

There are three executive roles which are compulsory for every Society and Sports Club committee, which are President, Treasurer and Welfare Officer.

In addition to these three essential roles, Societies and Clubs are often made stronger by expanding committees to include optional roles where additional Execs can perform valuable functions to make Societies and Sports Clubs more rewarding for members. Popular optional roles include Social Secretaries, Publicity Officers, and Fundraising Officers.
