The Boar is an independently funded newspaper run entirely by a democratically-elected group of students; we're the biggest media society at Warwick University.
We seek to provide the most important news and views from Warwick campus and beyond, holding the University of Warwick to account, running investigations on student matters, and giving every student a space to broadcast their experiences and opinions.
Regardless of what you're interested in writing about, we're interested in publishing it!
We also produce a newsletter with all the latest news, online and print content, events, opportunities, and much more!

Once you've bought your £3.00 membership, you can write for as many sections as you want, as much as you want. Getting involved couldn't be easier with plenty of opportunities including editing, sub-editing, joining our excellent business team, and much more - there's a role at The Boar waiting for you.
We have a fantastic social calendar for our members to get to know each other, a variety of media opportunities and events including external speakers, workshops for editing and writing to help you hone your abilities, and collaborations with other societies.
