Welcome to Warwick Wake - the University of Warwick's wakeboard club!

Our club caters for all skill levels- so whether you’ve been riding for years or only heard of us through wii sports, we’ll have something for you! We go on regular trips to local wake parks and host a variety of socials so there’s always a lot to get involved with.

Training

We head out to local parks Spot On and Box End several times a term, with both parks offering different rider experiences. If you’ve never ridden before, you’ll be given one-on-one training to get you up and riding in no time! Instructors are always around to give tips to up your skill level. There’s also plenty of challenge available to those who want it. But, as you'll see, we all crash out sometimes...

Getting Involved

We'll be running taster sessions over the weeks ahead - be sure to sign-up to our mailing list below by hitting 'Signup' underneath 'Fancy trying Wakeboarding?'. Following the taster sessions, our members are able to enjoy heavily discounted wakeboarding training sessions - they're usually under £15 including all kit, tuition and transport! The best way to hear about sessions is to join the club and make sure you've liked the Warwick Wake facebook page!

Socials

Warwick Wake hosts a variety of events, including non-drinking socials. We are known for our unique events, such as visiting Coventry’s ball pit bar and our end of year trip to the inflatable aqua park at Liquid Leisure. Even if you can’t come along to sessions, anyone is welcome at our socials!
