It's Tour Time!

We are happy to announce that our tour this year, will be to the brilliant city of Berlin!

Our annual international tour gives members the chance to explore the culture and politics of other countries, as well as experiencing the nightlife that these cities have to offer.

Make sure to get your ticket before they sell out (and they sell out fast!)

We will be leaving on the 17th of March (the first Monday of the Easter holiday) and returning on the 21^st (Friday). With five full days in Berlin you will be able to experience everything this incredible city has to offer. 

Tickets are priced at £371.50 for members and £390 for non-members (which means you can bring friends, coursemates and flatmates), we absolutely recommend getting your membership now so you can get the cheaper price. 

Upcoming events 

• There will be a short meeting held not long before our departure date (expect February) where we will discuss the logistics of the trip (including packing lists, emergency procedures, activities, room allocations etc.)
• We will have a social prior to the tour, to give you plenty of time to get to know anyone who you may not have met before.

Included in the price

• Flights to and from Berlin  
• Transport to and from the airport in Berlin
• Transport to and from the airport in the UK
• 4-night stay at a hostel in the city. 

Not included in the price 

• Travel insurance (you MUST purchase this yourself, or ensure that you are already covered)
• Travel around the city (e.g. trams, metro, buses etc.)
• Food
• Additional luggage for the flights 
• Pre-purchased activities 
• Alcohol 

Disclaimers 

• You MUST be over the age of 18 to attend this trip. Under 18’s cannot attend. 
• You MUST purchase travel insurance to attend this trip. 
• If you do not pay the second instalment within 2 weeks, your place will be given to another student, and you will not receive a refund for the first instalment. 
• If you have paid both instalments (or the whole ticket price), but do not provide the necessary information requested from the tour secretary within 2 weeks of this request, you may lose your place on the trip, and you will not receive a refund. 

Accessibility 

• We are very aware that many of our members will have various accessibility needs and we are keen to make sure each and every one is met, to ensure all of our members have a great time.
