What are your red flags? What is a ‘toxic’ relationship? Do you feel like there’s an imbalanced power dynamic in your (or any) relationship? This interactive talk led by CRASAC will help you identify ‘toxic’ behaviour and explain what boundaries should be in place in a healthy relationship. If you’d like to learn more, make sure to come along and get a seat at our exclusive workshop run by CRASAC!

Join your SU Womens officer, and Staff from Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (CRASAC) for a workshop looking specificly around identifying healthy relationship behaviours, and what to do if you find yourself or a loved one in an abusive relationship. Whilst this event is formed as part of our International Womens Week Programme, it will cover relationships and types with ALL genders, as anyone can find themselves a victim to sexual violence and assult.

What is Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (CRASAC)?

CRASAC was founded in 1981 by a group of women who recognised that there was a lack of support for other women survivors of sexual abuse. Initially providing a telephone counselling service run and staffed by volunteers, we are now one of the largest Rape Crisis Centres in England and Wales.

CRASAC continue to work from a feminist perspective and recognise that sexual violence is both a cause and consequence of gender inequality. We also understand that men are also victims/survivors and started providing services for men in 2008.

More information on CRASAC can be found here: Who We Are - CRASAC - Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre
