Room Hire
Warwick SU allows students, staff and external organisations to hire spaces within our buildings.
Please email roombookings@warwicksu.com for any enquiries regarding the booking of spaces within the SUHQ building, the Atrium, Membership Spaces or Copper Rooms, giving details of required dates and times and the purpose of the hire; we will check availability, provide the necessary booking forms and advise of any hire costs.
We can now also offer Clubs and Societies the use of meeting rooms 2, 3, 4 and the Kevin Gateley room from 5.00pm Mon - Fri in SUHQ starting in Term 1 Week 1.
The maximum capacities for these rooms are as follows:
- MR2 - 10 people
- MR3 & 4 - 8 people
- Kevin Gateley - 36 people
