Got a few questions about our event tickets and passes? No problem! We've put together a list of answers to Frequently Asked Questions, which we hope will help you.
When do events start?
This year's Welcome events start on Saturday 21st September. We’ll have daytime, evening and night events taking place every day from the 21st until 28th September Click here to find out more. Plus, we’ve got loads more events running each term - visit this page to see what’s on.
How do I buy tickets?
You'll need to have enrolled with the University first. Once you've done that, head to this page and log into the site using your IT Services login information. Add the tickets you want to your basket and follow the purchase process through to completion. If you’re having issues logging in, please contact webrequest@warwicksu.com.
I'm an international student who hasn't had their VISA confirmed yet - what can I do?
You can register a Guest Account with us and buy tickets that way - follow the steps here (please note that this service should ONLY be used by international students who don't have their VISA yet). You'll need to let us know once you've enrolled properly so that we can then merge this account with your student record!

What's included in the Annual Pass?
Head to this page for full details!
Can I just buy tickets for individual events?
Yes! Simply head to the page for the event you want and add them to your basket for purchase.
Can I reserve tickets now and pay later?
No - in the interests of fairness, tickets cannot be held in your basket indefinitely, and are usually reallocated for general purchase if the purchase process hasn't been completed within 10 minutes.
I'm under 18 - can I buy a Welcome Pass or attend nightclub events?
Unfortunately, students under the age of 18 will NOT be able to attend night-time club events in The Copper Rooms. While we apologise for the disappointment this will cause to the minority of you who are affected by this issue, it is strictly a legal requirement - in line with UK licensing law, it is illegal to admit under-18s to our nightclub.
How do I add a plus 1 to the ticket?
Under your ticketing booking, you would need to create a guest account which will then give you the option to purchase the additional ticket. Don't forget to bring your ID.
Are there a limited number of tickets and passes available?
Yes - and once they're gone, they're gone. We advise students that all events are incredibly popular during Welcome Week, so you're better off buying them sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment!
Can I buy tickets when I arrive?
It depends if they're still available for each event - however, as above, unfortunately we can't guarantee this as demand is always very high! Go to this page to check availability.
What can I do if the event or pass I want sells out?
Email your name, student number and contact details to receptionteam@warwicksu.com - they will add you to a waiting list and get in touch if a ticket becomes available nearer the time.
Where do I pick my tickets or pass up?
You don't - they're electronic and uploaded directly to your student card, which you just swipe on the door to gain entry!
